  • Daily operation of the sample system in the showroom - including tracking intake, tagging, pricing labels, display, regular maintenance, and logging of borrowed/returned items (for photography, etc.)
  • Preparing showroom spaces - organizing and displaying samples for upcoming collection presentations. Resetting displays according to seasonal concepts and campaigns, aligned with adidas' global brand standards.
  • Coordinating closely with local and global teams, including SCM (Supply Chain), Logistics, Import, Distribution, Brand (CTC), PR, VM, and more.
  • Operating under tight timelines, with emphasis on precision, organization, and adherence to adidas' high visual standards.
  • Close collaboration with various departments to monitor collections throughout the year.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to generate tracking, inventory, and marketing performance reports.
  • Providing support to the sales team, customer service for B2B clients, and communication with buyers.
  • Coordinating logistics across departments (Marketing, Sales, Warehouse) to ensure smooth execution of work plans.
  • Gathering and structuring information for a monthly handover email summarizing key campaign focuses, capsule collections, special packs, etc., by category and shared across relevant company stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in showroom operations / exhibitions / collection handling - strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - must
  • High-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office - must
  • Good English (mainly reading and writing)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure (especially during showroom season)
  • A true team player with a can-do attitude, curiosity, a desire to learn, and high personal responsibility. Must be able to work independently with structure and precision.
