- Diagnose, debug, and resolve tracking/attribution issues across web & apps (you love Puzzles)
- Implement, configure and support TikTok, Twitter/X, Meta, Google Ads, AppsFlyer, Firebase, GTM / sGTM, Google Analytics and other platforms.
- Design and set up event tracking and scripts (e.g., pixels, SDKs, server-to-server integrations)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to tracking, attribution, and event mismatches
- Maintain and optimize GTM / sGTM containers, establishing tagging best practices
- Collaborate with dev teams to ensure proper GTM dataLayer structures and tagging
- Collaborate with BI teams to ensure accurate data flow across platforms like AppsFlyer and Firebase.
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes (e.g., SDK updates, privacy changes) and adjust configurations accordingly
- Provide technical support for campaign launches and growth experiments - tracking needs, attribution, various configurations.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with (some) third-party platforms like: TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Google Ads, GTM/sGTM, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Google Analytics.
- Strong grasp of event tracking, conversion attribution, and audience segmentation
- Exceptional analytical mindset and relentless problem-solver: obsessive about the small details, comfortable experimenting, and energized by untangling complex tracking puzzles until you land on the optimal approach.
- Practical experience implementing scripts and tags for both web and mobile apps
- Ability to read and troubleshoot tags, browser console logs, and request/response flows
- Marketing or advertising-tech background - able to bridge between business and technical requirements.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment across multiple platforms and websites.
