- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Act as the first level of support for client escalations and work together with the Account Management lead and Regional GM to resolve problems and provide solutions
- Identify and manage engagement risks, flagging issues early to the Account Management Lead and working together on a resolution
- Drive initiatives across the whole Israeli client base, working closely with our local and global marketing teams, as well as global Product and Solutioning teams
- The role involves strong business development skills within existing accounts, identifying new contacts and opportunities among our Israeli portfolio companies, and taking an active role in generating growth for our Israeli region
- Work closely with the Account Management lead, technical and go-to-market teams at Ciklum, to facilitate matrix-led sales and development activities to showcase the entire spectrum of Ciklum's services and solutions and meet the clients' needs
- Your KPIs will be based on quarterly objectives
- Assist the Regional GM and the Account Management Lead with operational tasks related to the entire customer base and marketing activities in the region
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success / Field Marketing / Lead Gen / Account Management - Must
- Good Business Development skills - Must
- Field Marketing experience - Big Advantage
- Hi-Tech industry background and/or experience with Nearshore Outsourcing - Advantage
- Great communication skills
- A responsible, structured, and curious personality
