- Lead & Mentor a High-Performing Team: Coach and develop a talented team of sales professionals, conducting regular pipeline reviews, performance check-ins, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Drive Account Expansion: Be the strategic leader for growing our existing customer base. This involves identifying upsell and expansion opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Generate New Business: Oversee the management of leads and support the team in their efforts to acquire new logos, contributing to the overall growth of the region.
- Execute Strategic Initiatives: Work with the broader leadership team to define and execute the regional sales strategy, forecasting, and reporting on key business metrics.
- 8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with expertise in driving transformation and accelerating revenue growth.
- 3-5 years of experience selling to highly technical persona (DevOps, Developers, IT professionals)
- High technical acumen and natural curiosity about Data, AI and everything in between
- Deep familiarity with consumption-based pricing models and SaaS business.
- 3-5+ years in sales leadership roles within high-growth SaaS or software environments, leading teams through change and innovation.
- Advanced understanding of observability, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies. Able to identify trends and turn market shifts into business opportunities.
- Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets and scaling business across EMEA or global markets.
- Experience building and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies in dynamic environments.
- Desire to work hands-on with customers and prospects, lead by example and help close business.
- Champion the adoption of AI-driven sales tools (e.g., Gong) and leverage cutting-edge platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) for forecasting and pipeline management.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, with a commitment to developing high-performance, resilient teams.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, proven in engaging and influencing C-level executives and cross-functional peers.
- Change agent mentality: Skilled at guiding teams through digital transformation, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
