- You build a healthy pipeline from the ground up - and convert it.
- You consistently close high-quality deals with brands and agencies.
- You create strong relationships with CMOs, brand managers, and media decision-makers.
- You collaborate effectively with the creative and ops teams to deliver real results.
- Identify and engage relevant brands and agencies globally and in Israel.
- Own the sales process end-to-end: outreach, discovery, pitch, objection handling, proposal, and deal closing.
- Customize and present creative media pitches and game integrations.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track all opportunities and communications.
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams post-sale.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B media or advertising sales to brands (Israel and/or global markets) - required.
- Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch and lead outbound prospecting.
- Strong understanding of marketing objectives and the brand advertising landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Experience working with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and agency partners - advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems (we use Airtable), and sales tools.
