A rapidly growing startup with millions of active users is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to take a key role in building and scaling its core products.This isn't just a hands-on coding role - it's an opportunity to shape architecture, mentor teammates, and drive product experiences used and loved by millions across Europe and Israel.We're looking for someone who's seen things. Who knows how great UI feels, who's written code that others learned from, and who brings a builder's mindset into every discussion.Our team is smart, humble, and collaborative. We move fast, own what we build, and believe that thoughtful UX and scalable code go hand in hand.Your impact will include:- Taking ownership of complex features from idea to production- Leading the development of scalable, performant React components- Working closely with designers and product managers to refine UX- Setting quality standards through code reviews and mentorship- Contributing to architectural decisions and tech roadmap- Helping shape a front-end culture that's thoughtful, modern, and proud of its craftThis is a full-time position, working from the office in Ramat-Gan 4 days a week (+1 day from home)What we're looking for:

5+ years of hands-on front-end experience

Strong command of Typescript, React, HTML/CSS

Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)

A product mindset - you care about the why, not just the how

Experience working on production-grade applications with real users

Bonus: Exposure to mobile (React Native or hybrid apps), testing frameworks, or animation libraries

Bonus: You've worked in a startup or fast-paced team before
