- Provide end user support resolving technical issues in a Windows/Mac environment (local and remote).
- Respond to IT support tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Apple and Microsoft products, both on-site and remote.
- Provide remote support through phone or video.
- Troubleshoot multiple computer platforms and hardware/software, including: Windows 10 & 11, Android browsers and iOS.
- Troubleshoot networked and local printers.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software application conflicts on wan / lan Network faults, SSL-VPN, cellular modems, ClearPass, IP telephones.
- Accompany and train users on the computer system using hardware / software.
- Set-up new workstations including monitors, phones, software and hardware.
- Follow Help Desk procedures and maintain the IT systems documentation.
- More than 2 years of work experience as a helpdesk/IT - must
- Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops, servers) - must
- Great communication skills, communication with employees all around the globe
- Multi-Tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
- High level of English is required (verbal and written).
- Certification as MCSA /or CCNA
- Experience within a fast growing organization.
