We're a newly founded startup, led by seasoned entrepreneurs and backed by significant seed funding. In collaboration with leading universities worldwide, we're developing an AI-powered consumer product designed to transform learning habits and positively impact millions of users globally.We're looking for a Marketing & Product Designer to join our Growth team. You'll play a key role in shaping the user journey - from first impression to conversion - and contribute to the design of both our marketing and product experiences.Responsibilities

Own and design the full user journey in growth funnels - from ad creatives to landing pages to onboarding flows.
Lead the design and evolution of our marketing website.
Contribute to the UI design of our mobile app, translating our brand and UX into a polished and engaging product experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in both web and mobile app design
Strong visual design and UX skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
A team player mindset with a passion for building products that make a difference
