- Client Relationship Management - Develop key manufacturing clients in the Israeli market through customer standardization, project specifications, and multi-level relationship management
- Strategic Planning - Responsible for developing and executing long-term development strategies for assigned clients
- Performance Growth - Accountable for achieving annual sales and profit growth targets for assigned clients
- Project Pipeline Management - Build and maintain client project pipeline, collaborate with headquarters technical team to advance key projects
- Market Development - Develop local manufacturing opportunities in Israel, identify potential partners
- Cross-team Collaboration - Work closely with engineers, project managers, and quality teams at China headquarters to ensure successful project delivery

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, precision machining, engineering services, or technical sales
- Familiarity with CNC machining, precision manufacturing processes, and quality standards
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills (Chinese language skills a plus)
- Proven B2B client development and maintenance capabilities
- Strong technical understanding and innovative problem-solving skills
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering
- Experience with aerospace, automotive, or medical device industry clients
- Understanding of Israeli manufacturing ecosystem and supply chain
- Project management experience and cross-cultural work background
