Sales Engineer

- Engage in customer-facing activities
- Align customer needs to our value proposition
- Present technical sales briefings and demos to customers
- Lead customer proof activities such as POCs and RFPs
- Position our solution against competing offerings
- Analyze product development needs
- Develop and champion best-in-class sales training
- Coordinate engineering support of pursuits
- Provide data for sales collateral
- The position includes ~40% travel time, and a working week from Monday to Fridays
- 5+ years' experience in a pre-sales engineering role
- Experience in IP networks, automation platforms and cybersecurity. OT security experience is an advantage
- System engineering experience, familiarity with Unix, Linux
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
- In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies
- Experience in technical writing and preparation of technical proposals
- Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
- Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed-team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers
- Strong English verbal and written communications skills, other European languages is an advantage
