- Manage and grow our social channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Twitter/X, and Reddit (Hebrew & English)
- Create a wide variety of content formats: posts, captions, short-form videos, carousels, scripts, visuals, and newsletters
- Own a content calendar that blends thought leadership, product updates, industry trends, and timely responses
- Use design and AI tools to produce high-performing visuals and videos
- Monitor and engage in online conversations with thoughtful comments and replies
- Drive awareness by interacting with relevant communities and groups
- Stay current on industry news and trends to keep our voice fresh and relevant
- Activate our employee advocacy program and encourage internal content sharing
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, campaign impact) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the demand gen team on product launches, campaigns, events, and webinars
- Support internal enablement by sharing best practices and content creation tips across departments (Sales, Product, HR)
- Stay ahead of the curve on platform updates, MarTech tools, and social media best practices
- Fluency in Hebrew and English - both writing and editing
- 2-3 years of experience managing B2B social media (tech/software preferred)
- Proven community-building skills - not just content publishing
- Strong instincts for what works on each platform and how to tailor messaging
- Experience with employee advocacy/ambassador programs
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Meta/LinkedIn Analytics
- Creative mindset and quick thinker who can respond to trends with relevant content
- Strong storytelling ability and eye for narrative-driven content
- Self-starter with a bias for action and innovation
- Comfortable using AI tools (Canva, ChatGPT, Runway, Monday.com, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience leading internal training sessions or workshops
