A leading global AdTech company with hundreds of employees and offices worldwide is seeking a VP Sales with strong AdTech experience to lead publisher sales and oversee sales operations in EMEA and APAC. This role includes full P&L responsibility, developing sales strategies, expanding existing markets, and entering new territories.Key Responsibilities:Manage a sales team in Israel and additional teams in the UK and APAC.Develop and execute global sales strategies targeting publishers.Full ownership of budget and P&L.Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new publishers.Requirements:Senior-level sales experience in the AdTech industry - required.Background in selling to publishers (advantage for experience with content recommendation platforms).Proven track record managing global teams and P&L.Strong business development skills and experience expanding into international markets.
