We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.Job description:**We are seeking a skilled and passionate BI Developer to join our growing Data team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the data culture and infrastructure of a high-growth company using a modern data stack. In this role, you'll collaborate across all departments, translating business needs into actionable insights and developing high-quality analytics solutions using tools like PowerBI, dbt, and SQL.You will be part of a team responsible for creating data pipelines, modeling data, building dashboards, and ensuring that all stakeholders have the information they need to make fast, informed, and data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions and dashboards, primarily using PowerBI.
Build and maintain robust data models and transformations using dbt.
Develop and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate data from the data warehouse.
Create and maintain ELT/ETL processes that ensure high data quality and availability.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions.
Maintain and support the company's analytics platforms and data warehouse infrastructure.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and other team members to ensure seamless data operations and delivery.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
Advanced SQL skills - you should be comfortable querying large and complex datasets.
Proven ability to write and maintain efficient ETL/ELT code.
Hands-on experience with PowerBI, including its modeling and visualization capabilities.
Experience with dbt (data build tool) and its use in a production analytics environment.
Familiarity with modern data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills - capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
A team player with a sense of ownership and urgency, and the drive to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
Knowledge of data governance, testing, and documentation best practices.
Exposure to Python or other scripting languages used in data engineering/analytics.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
