Draft, review and negotiate commercial and other contracts with external parties: customers, partners, suppliers, etc.
Provide legal guidance and assistance, as required by the business.
Keep up to date about legislative and other changes and advise the business as appropriate.
Handle various tasks assigned by the direct manager.

For that mission you'll need:

At least 5 years of commercial law experience, including working at a large/medium size law firm or in-house, preferably at a High Tech company
Ability to draft, negotiate and close various commercial agreements
Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
Ability to work in a multi stakeholder global organization
Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player
Business-oriented
Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the company
English at mother tongue level
