Engineering Team Leader

• Providing engineering solutions and technical support for a system with hydraulic and mechanical characteristics to ensure long-term performance

• Mechanical design and development of components (primarily hydraulic) and mechanical mechanisms, including reverse engineering of assemblies

• Improving performance of existing systems

• Supporting and enhancing the testing infrastructure for hydraulic components

• Defining maintenance policies, investigating failures, and implementing activities to increase reliability of components and subsystems

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautics, or Mechanical Practical Engineer - required

• At least 4 years of experience managing an engineering team - required

• At least 4 years of experience in mechanical design of mechanisms and components - required

• Experience in mechanical systems development processes - required

• Strong systems engineering perspective

• Ability to provide solutions for complex problems with strong technical and engineering understanding

• High-level English proficiency
