Full-Stack B2B Marketing Manager

- Support the execution of lead generation campaigns (paid, organic, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with external agencies to build, launch, and optimize campaigns
- Track and report on campaign performance, helping optimize spend and messaging
- Build and manage lead nurturing email flows (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Create impactful collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks, and case studies
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop materials that support sales cycles
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across touchpoints
- Identify and evaluate relevant industry conferences and speaking opportunities
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of key events, including prep materials
- Research and define target audiences, personas, and value propositions
- Support go-to-market efforts for new features, partnerships, and launches
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a full-stack or generalist role
- Native-level English - excellent writing and communication skills are a must
- Previous experience in a startup environment; healthcare or aging tech background is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and performance tracking tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Experience working with US healthcare a big advantage
