
Vendor Training & Quality Development Lead

- Interview and evaluate new trainers.
- Ensure all training processes and checklists are aligned with Wolt's global standards.
- Analyze post-training performance data and flag outliers to site managers.
- Ensure trainers are up-to-date with the latest materials and process changes.
- Oversee advanced training delivery throughout the rep lifecycle
- Provide regular feedback on training quality and execution.
- Collaborate closely with site managers and the Vendor Training Manager to optimize training processes and materials.
- Visit outsourcing sites regularly (3x/week in Hadera & Ashdod), work from the Tel Aviv office (1x/week), and remotely (1x/week).
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data.
- Deep understanding of training methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel weekly to outsourcing sites.
- Strong multitasking and project management capabilities.
- Comfortable providing structured feedback and coaching trainers.
- Experience with managing outsource vendors - Advantage.
