As a result, we are a fast-growth company and have already gone from 10 - 200+ employees in the last four years with a global footprint in London, Manchester, New York, Tel-Aviv, Melbourne, and Malasiya.**The role**Join a collaborative, innovative and agile team, where your ideas and expertise will contribute to developing solutions that shape the future of financial services globally.As a Backend developer you will design, implement, and contribute to server-components and micro-services in the cloud environment.You will be collaborating with a global Technology and Product team and interfacing with other groups around the business.Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and relevant experience in software development
3+ years' experience with SaaS application, backend development using Java and Spring framework
Experience with data modelling, RDBMS, SQL and ORMs
Experience with AWS services and ecosystem is an advantage
Proven practical experience with micro-service architecture
Passionate about technology, ability to research new technology, determine best practices and educate other developers
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, bringing innovative ideas to the team while supporting shared goals
