Partner closely with our Sales and Business teams to support deal-making and drive growth.
Provide legal guidance to cross-functional teams on vendor agreements and procurement-related matters.
Lead negotiations and draft a variety of commercial contracts.
Review and revise customer templates, terms and conditions, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Opportunity to engage in additional legal areas depending on business needs, which may include intellectual property, privacy, employment, compliance, and corporate governance.

Requirements:

A licensed attorney with 2 - 4 years of post-internship experience, either in-house at a tech company or at a leading law firm.
Strong background in commercial law, with a focus on technology and SaaS agreements.
Knowledge of intellectual property law-especially in the context of media, licensing, or software-is a strong plus.
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Fluent in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
Comfortable working with legal and business technology tools.
