
SMB Sales Account Manager - Israel Market

- Drive growth through upsell and cross-sell across your account portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Own all commercial aspects of your accounts and serve as the main point of contact
- Forecast and deliver quarterly net new ARR targets
- Negotiate and close expansions, and other commercial agreements
- Track key account metrics
- Collaborate with CSMs, legal, product, and other teams to unlock value and resolve challenges
- Lead strategic account planning aligned with customer goals
- Champion customer needs internally to influence product and strategy
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals through expansion and retention
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Native Hebrew speaker (required) with high proficiency in English
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to build trust and influence at multiple levels within customer organizations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
