- Ensure seamless lead handoff between marketing and sales, maintaining clarity across systems and stakeholders.
- Own and manage HubSpot CRM across marketing and sales, including automation, data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting.
- Monitor sales pipeline progression, identifying trends and bottlenecks to guide sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain unified performance dashboards to track marketing campaigns, lead sources, and pipeline.
- Support the coordination and execution of field events, trade shows, and partner conferences, including logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Create and manage quotes, proforma invoices, and facilitate internal approval processes.
- Support onboarding and training for new sales and marketing team members to drive tool adoption and process consistency.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to help improve forecasting accuracy, Pipeline insights, and operational alignment.
- Growth mindset and a high level of ownership.
- 3-5 years of experience as Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a small/medium-sized B2B company
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation, and campaign analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hebrew (preferred) - verbal and written.
- A collaborative, self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
