Digital Manager - Personal Care

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns on various international e-commerce platforms, focusing on personal care, OTC, and cosmetics products.
• Manage and grow the brand's presence across social media channels, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaborations relevant to the health, beauty, and wellness sectors.
• Lead and coordinate with external partners and service providers (advertising agencies, promotions teams, and online sales partners), ensuring alignment with industry-specific standards and consumer expectations.

• Proven experience as a Digital or MarCom Manager, preferably in consumer goods sectors such as personal care, OTC, cosmetics, or food & beverages, with a strong understanding of category-specific consumer behavior.
• B2C marketing experience in health, beauty, wellness, or FMCG industries.
• Prior experience in roles like Brand Manager, Digital Manager, MarCom Manager, or Advertising Specialist within the personal care or cosmetic sectors - a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing content and advertising on relevant e-commerce platforms to consumer goods.
• Creative mindset with demonstrated success in producing engaging digital content tailored to beauty, wellness, and lifestyle audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• High-level proficiency in English, including excellent writing and communication skills.
