- Responsibility on the company's talent pool while regularly interact with both active and passive candidates.
- Supporting the talent acquisition team with:
- Open and publish positions in various recruiting channels
- Screen resumes
- Conduct phone interviews and schedule interviews for recruiters and hiring managers
- Support team projects as needed
- Contribute to providing a great candidate experience and enhancing our company brand
- Part time position (50%)
- BA student
- Previous experience in administrative work/HR support - an advantage
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail and process-oriented
