Motion Designer Team Lead

• Artlist: an all-in-one platform for video creation, including high-quality and curated royalty-free music, SFX, footage, templates, plugins, and more.
• Motion Array: the ultimate destination for creators, including high-quality video templates by the world's top motion designers, presets, plugins, music, SFX, stock footage, graphics for design, motion graphics, and stock photos.

• Work from internal briefs to generate and implement ideas and produce effective creatives in line with company objectives and brand guidelines.
• Work and inspire Video Editors, Designers, Animators and 3D Artists
• Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing Team to produce high-quality projects
• Create promos, social content, user activities, video ads, animated components and more.
• Come up with visual solutions for ad campaigns, social media, and branded content.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of motion designers - providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support on every step of the working process - editing, animation, compositing and AI tools.
• Allocate team resources effectively, balancing workloads and priorities.
• Ensure timely delivery of motion assets while maintaining creative and technical quality.

• 5+ years of experience in a post-production house, advertising agency, or product tech company for at least 3 years.
• 1+ year of managerial experience, leading teams of motion designers.
• Video editing and compositing skills, working with footage and UI elements.
• You're a creative conceptual thinker with a beautiful online portfolio
• Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• Multitasking with the ability to handle multiple priorities/projects simultaneously and tight deadlines.
• You pay close attention to details and aesthetics and you know how to create eye-catching, robust, and interactive designs.
• Bonus points if you have editing, illustration, 3D, storyboarding, and/or animation skills!
