In this role, you'll be working closely with both R&D, customer success and other mission-critical teams.This customer-facing position requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise that you will leverage in technical discussions when designing deployment processes, and implementing a cutting-edge product.Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain the product at multiple locations worldwide
Review and constantly improve the infrastructure and deployment implementations of various technological solutions
Implement various IT and security solutions both during deployment and in post-deployment phases
Ensure that all the customer aspects and requirements that were designed and approved are implemented
Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams such as Technical Support, Sales, IT, Customer Success and more

Requirements

At least 3 years proven experience as an Integration Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Deployment Engineer
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with Linux
Deep understanding of networks and various protocols
Strong technical knowledge, preferably in cyber security
Experience supporting on-prem platforms
Ability to travel abroad 20%
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Delivery-oriented with a proactive attitude
Fluent English - both verbal and written

Advantages:

Experience working with Automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Python, Bash scripting, etc.
Experience with implementing security solutions and HW such as VPNs, FireWalls, etc.
