In this role, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our IT systems while delivering outstanding support to team members across the organization. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving technical challenges while enabling others to do their best work.Responsibilities:

Own and manage global IT operations across Israel, the US, and the UK.
Provide on-site and remote end-user support and onboarding/offboarding.
Procure, deploy, and secure Mac and Windows devices using Jamf and Intune.
Manage identity and access with Okta, Google Workspace, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
Maintain office infrastructure including Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, and AV/VC systems.
Drive security initiatives: Zero-Trust, MFA, patching, EDR, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Create and maintain IT documentation and self-service resources.
Oversee IT vendors, budgets, licensing, and implement new productivity and security tools.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration roles.
Experience managing macOS and Windows environments using MDM tools like Jamf and Intune.
Proficiency in identity and access management tools: Okta, Google Workspace, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Checkpoint).
Strong security knowledge, including MFA, patch management, CIS benchmarks, and compliance framework.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS, and tools like JIRA, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams.
Experience supporting AV and VC systems in a hybrid office setup.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with the ability to lead IT strategy and execution in a fast-paced, distributed SaaS environment.
