Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Collections & Billing Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for end-to-end global customer billing, collections, and account management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in managing complex billing processes, global collection activities, and account reconciliations — with at least 7 years of proven experience in similar positions.Responsibilities:
  • Manage global customer billing, collections, and invoicing processes.
  • Oversee global collection and reconciliation.
  • Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
  • Prepare statements, forecasts, and periodic Aging reports on a global basis for LiveU group.
  • Perform bank receipts and reconciliations and other account reconciliations as needed.
  • Identify and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Generate and maintain financial reports for management review.
  • Lead collection and billing projects together with MIS and other stakeholders
  • Perform other finance-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, work in a goal-oriented manner, and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in billing and collections.
  • Accounting courses 1 & 2 – required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must.
  • Excellent English skills – advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English (a must).
  • Degree in a relevant field – advantage.
  • Experience with Priority ERP system – advantage.
  • Experience working with multiple currencies – advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure.
