Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Collections & Billing Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for end-to-end global customer billing, collections, and account management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in managing complex billing processes, global collection activities, and account reconciliations — with at least 7 years of proven experience in similar positions.Responsibilities:
Manage global customer billing, collections, and invoicing processes.
Oversee global collection and reconciliation.
Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
Prepare statements, forecasts, and periodic Aging reports on a global basis for LiveU group.
Perform bank receipts and reconciliations and other account reconciliations as needed.
Identify and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
Generate and maintain financial reports for management review.
Lead collection and billing projects together with MIS and other stakeholders
Perform other finance-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, work in a goal-oriented manner, and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in billing and collections.
Accounting courses 1 & 2 – required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must.
Excellent English skills – advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English (a must).
Degree in a relevant field – advantage.
Experience with Priority ERP system – advantage.
Experience working with multiple currencies – advantage.
Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure.
