In this pivotal role, you'll lead a small team of analysts, partner with senior stakeholders, and strengthen the analytical backbone that keeps our hyper-growth business running smoothly.About The Role

Impact at scale- You will own the analytical roadmap for Finance Operations, ensuring our planning, controls, and compliance processes are powered by accurate, timely data.
Hands-on leadership- Split your time between mentoring a small squad of data analysts and diving deep into data yourself-writing complex SQL, building dashboards, and providing data insights.
Strategic partnership- Work directly with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, Revenues and Billing teams to translate business questions into data solutions and uncover new opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Drive a data culture- Implement best practices in data modeling, documentation, and experimentation; set quality standards; and foster a test-and-learn mindset across Finance.
Own end-to-end delivery- Drive analytics projects-from scoping and hypothesis-setting through data extraction, analysis, visualization, and stakeholder enablement.
Identify Finance areas where data-driven solutions and dashboards can streamline workflows and enhance control-owning the discovery-to-delivery cycle for these initiatives.
Partner with Data Engineering to prioritize pipelines, monitor data quality, automate recurring processes, and evolve our data models

Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst, including 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts in a fast-paced tech environment.
Expert-level SQL; comfortable working with large, complex datasets
Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Redash.
Understanding of finance principles (P&L, cash flow, SaaS metrics) and ability to speak the language of Finance stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
Excellent communication skills in English; able to distill complex analyses into clear stories for non-technical audiences.
Passion for mentorship, radical ownership, and building a collaborative, feedback-oriented culture.
