Controller

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with senior management to provide financial analysis for strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience after completing internship in a similar role or as a senior accountant.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
