- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing
- Execute full-funnel strategies for both B2B and B2C lead generation
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and internal dashboards
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable optimizations
- Implement proper campaign tracking: UTM tagging, audience segmentation, lead scoring
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad assets and landing pages
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, targeting, and messaging
- Support and optimize affiliate marketing efforts
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Stay current with digital marketing and affiliate trends
- 3+ years in PPC/media buying (Google, LinkedIn, Bing)
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C campaigns
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce
- Background in SaaS or tech marketing is a plus
- Experience with affiliate marketing and partner tracking
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
- Independent, proactive, and highly organized
