Head of Talent Acquisition

• This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of national talent acquisition strategy, hands-on management of a recruitment team, and close collaboration with senior leadership across multiple business domains.

• Define and implement the talent acquisition strategy for the Israeli operation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle recruiters, including tech recruiters specializing in data and software development.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and hiring priorities.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Oversee recruitment across a wide range of roles and professional domains, including business, technology, operations, and specialized functions.

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition in a complex, multi-disciplinary organization - required
• Strong managerial experience, including leading and mentoring recruitment teams - required
• Demonstrated success in managing tech recruitment teams and hiring for data & development roles - strong advantage
• Familiarity with a variety of professional sectors and role types - required
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment - advantage
• Strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong execution capabilities
• Fluent Hebrew and English - both spoken and written - are a must
