These sentiments capture why we choose Riskified every day.About the RoleJoin our global analytics team at Riskified as we expand our operations in TLV! We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and work on both customer-facing and internal analytics initiatives. You will play a key role in research, product development, and operations, responsible for providing meaningful insights, identifying upsell opportunities, and solving complex analytical challenges. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Data Science, and Account Management, while also engaging directly with clients to help them maximize their use of our solutions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be at the forefront of our work, contributing to online fraud prevention, performance improvement, and product optimization.What You'll Be Doing

Conduct research and deep data exploration using advanced analytical tools such as SQL, R, and Python
Share insights and analysis with both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Product Managers, and Data Science to enhance processes and solve customer problems
Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking for both short-term initiatives and long-term growth
Define and execute end-to-end technical solutions to address fraud prevention and product improvement challenges
Engage directly with clients, providing analytic insights and identifying upsell opportunities to enhance their performance
Standardize analytical methods and approaches to create efficiencies across the team

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
Expertise in SQL, with hands-on experience in R and/or Python
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex data
Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working on multiple tasks and leading several projects simultaneously
A self-driven, independent worker who is motivated to solve challenges
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics) is an advantage
