- Maintain hands-on ownership of HRIS platform configuration, user access management, and daily system optimization
- Lead technology vendor relationships and manage platform maintenance, updates, and enhancements
- Personally manage system integrations, data migrations, and troubleshooting for employee database
- Ensure data governance, security protocols, and audit compliance across all HR systems
- Work directly with IT teams on system integrations, API connections, and data pipeline maintenance
- Collaborate closely with Security teams to ensure all HR systems meet data protection standards
- Own the HR side of the annual merit review process including system setup, workflow management, data validation, and reporting
- Lead ongoing global salary benchmarking initiatives with on going market analysis and competitive positioning updates
- Partner with Finance and HR leadership on merit budgets, pay equity analysis, and total rewards optimization
- Create comprehensive compensation analytics including market positioning reports and pay band analysis
- Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
- Conduct regular workforce analyses covering turnover, retention, headcount forecasting, and performance metrics
- Create executive-level insights and monthly HR metrics for leadership review
- Translate HR data into actionable insights for strategic workforce planning
- Develop automated solutions for routine HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance reporting
- Build and maintain automated data quality checks, exception reporting, and system monitoring
- Create self-service analytics tools and automated report generation for HR stakeholders
- Strategically evaluate and implement targeted AI-based HR solutions with highest ROI potential
- Focus AI initiatives on high-impact areas: predictive turnover analysis, automated resume screening, and employee sentiment analysis
- Partner directly with IT and Security teams to pilot AI technologies while ensuring data privacy and compliance
- Establish testing protocols and governance frameworks for AI usage in HR processes
- Stay current with AI trends and assess practical applications for mid-size organization needs
- Create proof-of-concept solutions before full implementation to validate business value
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, people analytics, and compensation management
- Proven experience managing annual merit processes and global salary benchmarking for organizations of similar size (200-500 employees)
- Demonstrated experience with AI or automation projects in HR or business operations (proof-of-concept level acceptable)
- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics tools (such as Excel, Power BI, SQL) and HRIS platforms
- Experience collaborating across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Security teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy
- Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, and system integration projects
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- Proven track record of implementing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency
