- Frontend: React, Redux, Mobx, Zustand, TypeScript, Webpack, Vite
- Backend: Node.js, Ruby on Rails,
- Performance Tools: Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Chrome DevTools, Webpack Bundle Analyzer
- Testing & CI/CD: Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Vitest
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on performance.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and the native browser ecosystem
- Deep understanding of React and state management libraries like Redux.
- Performance Optimization Skills:
- Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools.
- Knowledge of web performance metrics (e.g., TTI, TTFB, FID) and how to optimize them.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex performance issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Learner: Proactive in learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
- Advantageous Experience:
- Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Service Workers.
- Understanding of Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and caching strategies.
- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and code-splitting techniques.
