We are looking for a Composite Materials Development Engineer to join the Engineering Division, specializing in the development and production of advanced radomes.The position includes:

Leading technology and production process development for various types of radomes, from requirements definition to product delivery to the customer

Identifying customer needs and providing solutions throughout all project stages from development to delivery

Managing price proposals in collaboration with all relevant disciplines

Overseeing development and production projects to meet milestones and timelines

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering - required

Proven knowledge and experience in composite materials - required

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within development and production projects - required

Familiarity with SAP - an advantage

Strong English skills in reading, writing, and speaking - required
