- Create impactful written and video content that delivers value and grabs attention.
- Monitor industry trends and conversations to keep the community informed and energized.
- Manage a consistent content calendar while adapting posts to platform-native formats and trends.
- Identify opportunities that spark interaction, learning, and engagement.
- Build relationships with thought leaders to extend brand visibility and trust.
- Engage in IT forums, social platforms, and virtual events to grow Faddom's community presence.
- Share community feedback internally to shape product development and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with product and customer success departments.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community management, preferably within the IT or tech industry
- Native-level English is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing social media and editing platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, CapCut, Canva, etc. - even a personal project counts!
- High emotional intelligence - you know to read the room (and the algorithm)
- Creative thinker, self-started, curious, agile, and experimental
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and industry challenges - Advantage
- Comfortable and confident on camera, you enjoy storytelling - Advantage
- Full-time based in our Ramat Gan (Bursa) office
- Regular working hours with flexibility
- Primarily in-office work, with one day working from home
