We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead our SAP Division. This is a senior-level role reporting directly to the Head of the Division.We are seeking highly experienced candidates with a strong emphasis on proven P&L management capabilities.**Job Description**The Business Unit Manager will:

Join the company's leadership team
Initiate and lead strategic business processes
Oversee and drive sales and presales activities
Manage P&L and be responsible for business performance
Work with both existing and new clients
Lead tender responses and proposal development
Manage cross-functional teams
Ensure successful delivery of complex projects

Requirements

Proven experience managing significant P&L - Required
Team management experience, beyond a small team - Required
Experience managing fixed-price (FIX) projects - Required
Track record of successful project delivery - Required
Experience in sales and opportunity creation within the Israeli market - Required
Familiarity with SAP solutions - Strong Advantage
