- Provides a variety of creative opportunities, as well as activities that enrich the sense of a classroom community with respect to diversity, families, and culture
- Displays documentation and artwork, literacy, STEM activities using varied methods
- Reflect on-going themes or emergent interests of the classroom in line with documentation guidelines
- Makes observations and assesses children and uses information to inform planning for small group, large group, and individualized activities
- Conducts parent-teacher conferences three times per yearRequirements:- Bachelor’s Degree (completed or near completion) in Early Childhood Education, General Education, Special Education, Art Education, Social Work, etc.
- Experience with children in a classroom setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on a teaching team, to execute developmentally appropriate.
- Curriculum that demonstrates creative and innovative thinking.
