A company specializing in Digital Employee Experience (DEX), unifying the employee experience with IT operations into a single platform for managing the modern workplace environment.The QA team is responsible for end-to-end (E2E) quality assurance across the company's products, participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle from feature planning and implementation to test design, automation, and execution.Team members work closely with developers, product managers, and automation infrastructure engineers to ensure high product quality.The company is located in central Israel, near a train station, and operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week.The role includes:

Designing, implementing, and expanding automated tests and automation infrastructure
Full ownership of new features, ensuring complete automation coverage-from design through production testing
Improving product quality by delivering scalable automation solutions
Collaborating closely with product and automation infrastructure teams
Responsibility for CI/CD tools and processes

Requirements:

5 years of experience in web application automation using Python or JavaScript
2 years of experience in developing automation infrastructure and UI testing using Selenium, Playwright, REST APIs, databases, and third-party system integrations
Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of automation methodologies
Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOP), and automation best practices
Experience in designing and executing tests, including strong familiarity with testing methodologies
Hands-on experience with web-based SaaS applications
