Product Manager

• As a Product Manager at Earnix, you will own the complete product lifecycle, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. Develop and execute product strategy aligned with Earnix's vision:
• Create and manage short and long-term roadmaps with clear timelines
• Build customer relationships to gather feedback and prioritize features
• Research market trends and competitors' offering to maintain competitive product differentiation
• Define detailed requirements to guide development team effectively
• Directly engage with Sales, PreSales and Product Marketing on enablement and adoption initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and professional services
• Represent the company as a product thought leader by delivering compelling presentations at global conferences, webinars, customer events, and sales meetings
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive improvements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product management of enterprise SaaS B2B solutions
• Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in partnering with Sales and Product Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• High level of presentation skills.
• Fluent in English - verbal and written.

• Experience with financial services or the insurance industry.
• Understanding of pricing and underwriting methodologies used for financial products
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a systemic perspective of the organization.
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
