We're a well-funded startup working with tier-1 operators.As one of our early team members, you'll get in on the ground floor and help shape both our product and culture. Expect meaningful equity, a high-impact role, a curated team of experts - and absolutely zero bureaucracy.What We're Looking For:Experience & Portfolio:

5+ years of UI/UX design experience in the gaming industry (online casino a major plus)
A strong portfolio showcasing live games or shipped titles
Experience with product development
Core understanding of player psychology
Experience designing scalable UI systems, player flows, and interaction models

Tools & Skills:

Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Solid motion and video editing skills (animated banners, gameplay reels, UI transitions)
Ability of storytelling
Familiarity with Unity, prefabs, and UI implementation workflows is an advantage
Strong storytelling ability - both visually and verbally - to communicate ideas, pitches, and player flows
Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
Experience with interactive prototyping and visual communication
Proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
Fluent in English

AI & Innovation

Comfort using AI tools for creative ideation and asset generation. Examples: Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo.Ai, ElevenLabs
Passion for exploring how generative design and automation can enhance creative pipelines
