We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.Job description:**About the job:**As a Field Operator at Exodigo, you will play a crucial role in our mission to innovate underground mapping technology. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that works on-site to deploy and maintain our cutting-edge equipment. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating technological devices, diagnosing, and solving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth execution of field projects.We value employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and the ability to adapt to new challenges. You will receive training to master our technology and gain hands-on experience in a rapidly advancing field.Out of our offices in Tel Aviv, The role involves physical teamwork in the field, requiring the ability to operate various technological tools and handle troubleshooting. The work schedule varies according to projects and may include night and day shifts.Requirements:

Ability to work flexible working hours.
Availability to work in the central region and occasionally throughout the country.
Ability to perform physical work, including prolonged walking and standing.
High self-discipline, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow.
Ability to work in a team.
Logical thinking and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
Commitment to a minimum of two days of work every week.
Commitment to a minimum of one year.
