This is not a post-production job. It's a strategic, full-stack role-from concept and filming to editing, testing, and performance analysis.You'll own how Sequence shows up across social, paid, and community-turning financial stress into scroll-stopping stories that convert.You'll:
Concept and create high-performing videos (UGC, explainers, social ads)
Shoot quick smartphone content or direct polished productions
Partner with growth and paid teams to test and iterate based on data
Manage UGC creators and scale content through partnerships
Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt content to fit
This role is part content lead, part growth strategist. You'll be building Sequence's creative engine from the ground up.Must-Haves
Strong creative instincts and a performance mindset
2+ years experience creating social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Pro-level editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Social native. Plugged into formats, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling
Experience working with creators or influencers
Comfortable with ad metrics and creative iteration
