We solve problems on the go, making sure all the details come together to propel Wix towards our vision - and we have fun doing it.Job DescriptionAs a Supervisor for the Campus Cleaning Team, you'll lead and oversee a team of approximately 30 employees focusing on maintaining the campus in a high-quality and presentable condition.In your day-to-day, you will:Lead one of the campus cleaning teams, including supervising the cleaning and maintenance of facilitiesEnhance the cleaning team's capabilities and ensure high-quality cleaning services across all areas of the campusSupervise and adapt work plans to maintain high standards and service levelsManage and lead the cleaning team in their daily activitiesRecruit skilled team members, implement organized work plans, and ensure executionContinuously improve the employee experience and address any issues that ariseQualificationsComfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced work environmentDeep knowledge and experience in maintenance and cleaning operationsProficiency in Russian, Hebrew, and English with good communication skillsDecent computer skills, including budgeting and office softwareGreat interpersonal skills, energetic, and capable of managing a teamStrong customer service orientation, positive attitude, and professional appearanceQuick learner with creative problem-solving skillsPatient team player who leads by example and is skilled at building strong working relationships
