- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience as an analyst or analytical consultant or strategic consultant.
- Experience with performance marketing in RMG companies.
- Experience working with data to identify trends and make recommendations in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to take initiatives, flexibly adapting to ambiguous situations, learn quickly in fluid environments and comfortable collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in Google, and with external stakeholders including clients and partners.
- Develop insights-driven, actionable and high impact business recommendations that align with client objectives and are founded on a deep understanding and analysis of Google, the client and third-party market data.
- Develop smart, integrated, research-based marketing collateral and presentations. Acquire and share deep knowledge of the advertising industry, its landscape, client products, and key business issues that affect the client and industry.
- Utilize measurement tools to add relevant, trustworthy data to presentations and proposals alongside managing the delivery of core planning processes (e.g., annual planning, global business updates, etc.).
