- Lead the end-to-end management of marketing projects and video productions - from initial planning and coordination to execution and delivery - with a strong emphasis on project structure, timelines, and team alignment.
- Build and maintain clear project timelines, define key milestones and dependencies, and facilitate effective meetings (kickoffs, standups, retros) to keep projects on track.
- Help evolve the marketing department's project management framework using tools such as Jira - ensuring consistent tracking, visibility, and reporting across all active projects.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, content, creative, and media teams to keep initiatives synchronized and moving forward efficiently.
- Oversee and update progress in task management software, providing structured reports and surfacing bottlenecks to leadership with clarity and foresight.
- Coordinate creative studio resources - including designers, editors, and animators - to ensure smooth workflows and proper prioritization.
- Plan and manage video productions as part of broader marketing efforts: prepare shoot plans, hire crews, coordinate logistics, and guide post-production to meet campaign goals.
- 3+ years of project management experience within marketing teams, with a proven track record of building and maintaining structured project workflows using tools such as Jira.
- 3+ years in video-Post production - including pre-production, on-site coordination, and post-production - with an understanding of how content fits into broader marketing objectives.
- Experience managing complex, fast-paced marketing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and overlapping timelines.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities, anticipate challenges, and keep teams aligned.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills - you can lead without authority, motivate collaboration, and hold others accountable with professionalism.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a clear, structured approach to managing tasks, meetings, and communications.
- Fluency in English and the confidence to lead cross-functional conversations, both written and verbal.
