We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy team player to join our growing startup!If you enjoy solving technical issues, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly - this one's for you.✨ What you'll do:

Provide helpdesk support (macOS + Windows)
Handle installations, upgrades & user accounts (AD / 365 / GCP IAM)
Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
Support office devices & track IT inventory
Monitor infrastructure health & endpoint security

🧠 Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in IT support
Solid knowledge of macOS & Windows environments
Experience with Active Directory / Exchange / Office 365
Basic networking skills (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Strong service orientation and communication skills
Hebrew & English - working proficiency
