In this role, you will experience a dynamic work environment where your expertise and collaboration skills are central to daily operations.
Your typical day will include:Design, configure, develop, test & deploy technical solutions on Oracle HCM and its modules mostly.
Translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. Your ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is vital.
Creating custom solutions Vs. out of the box.
Analyzing KPI’s and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Documenting system configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
Staying up to date with systems releases and new features to identify opportunities for enhancements.דרישות:To excel in this role, you'll need to bring the following:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with the tech HR ecosystem either in a professional service setting or directly at customer sites as an technical implementer- must!
Experience in system analysis – must!
Excellent communication skills in a global environment - must!
Deep knowledge of HR & business processes.
