User Acquisition & Retargeting Manager

- Hands-on management of user acquisition and retargeting activities with various partners (DSPs, SDK Networks, Incentivized, OEM, etc).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to reach, maintain and exceed Superplay's KPI's.
- Plan, develop, and execute new marketing strategies & tests to enhance our UA and RT efforts.
- Build and maintain strategic and fruitful partnerships with key acquisition partners.
- Weekly updates on performance, trends, and initiatives done with the different media partners.
- Collaborate with other team members and marketing channels, and share knowledge of the latest learnings to improve our marketing and other departments capabilities.
- Cooperate with our creative marketing team and constantly test new & innovative ideas.
- Cooperate with product Monetization, Game economy and BI teams, be on top of upcoming changes, features, promotions, tests and issues while adjusting our marketing plans accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends & new opportunities.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends & updates, ensuring their implementation.
- BA/B.Sc. - preferably in Economics / Statistics / Business Management / Engineering or other quantitative fields.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to details.
- Attention to details & the ability to prioritize and work against deadlines and performance goals.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate and work effectively with partners and within a team.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Products, Excel in particular.
- Fluent English - both written and verbal (must).
