- Manage and lead the QA team of approximately 5 members, including professional guidance, task planning, and workload management
- Oversee the QA process across all projects, providing real-time solutions when necessary
- Plan and lead testing strategies, including sanity, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Define and write high-level test cases for the team, ensuring all requirements are properly implemented
- Responsible for manual testing execution alongside supervision of automated testing, coordinating with development and product teams
- Lead status meetings and reviews with various stakeholders to update on testing progress and issues
- Work with external vendors and clients in various geographic locations
- 3 years of experience in software testing, min 1 year in a team lead/management role - must
- ISTQB Software Testing Course - must
- Relevant technology degree - advantage
- Experience working with banking/financial systems - must
- Experience with PLSQL, JIRA, Oracle, Office - must
- Ability to perform SQL JOIN queries - must
- Experience in back-end testing and with tools like Postman, SoapUI, Swagger UI - advantage
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies - advantage
- Experience in team management, including task planning, time management, and problem-solving - must
- Experience working with international vendors and clients - advantage
- High-level English proficiency - must

- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and at least 1 year in a team lead/management role - required
